Initial Phone Consultation

A consultation by phone will allow you to share any and all concerns with us and decide if an occupational therapy evaluation is warranted. Consultations are provided at no cost to you.
Occupational Therapy Evaluation
60 min
An occupational therapy (OT) evaluation is a comprehensive assessment conducted by an OT to understand an individual’s abilities, challenges, and needs in performing daily activities. Clinical opinion and recommendations will be discussed during the evaluation. A combination of standardized and/or criterion-referenced and informal evaluation may be utilized.
Individual Therapy
30 & 45 minute sessions
Your child’s goals and needs will be addressed during individual, personalized, FUN therapy sessions. Depending on your child’s needs and age, one parent may be in attendance during treatment.
Co-treat (OT & SLP)
45 minute sessions
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and an Occupational Therapist (OT) work simultaneously with a patient, combining their respective skills to address related goals that might involve communication and motor skills.
