Do you accept insurance?
While we don’t participate directly with insurance, our services may be partially covered under out-of-network benefits depending on your plan. Please call your insurance company to find out if speech or occupational therapy may be reimbursed under out-of-network benefits. You may be able to submit SuperBills provided to you for partial or full reimbursement. We can provide you with specific CPT codes to provide to your plan, so you have a clear idea of what is and isn’t covered.
What Makes Us Different from Other Out-of-Network Providers
While other providers decline any interaction with insurance companies, we are willing to provide the following information to maximize your chances at reimbursement.
Letter of Medical Necessity
Provide a document outlining why our services are medically necessary.
Peer-to-Peer Review
Represent you or your child during one peer-to-peer review phone call.
Appeal
File a documented appeal to an initial denial for out-of-network services.
One (1) of each of the above is provided at no cost to you. No additional documentation or communication with your insurance will be provided.

You’re right! We used to be an in-network provider with Independence Blue Cross Plans.
For a small practice like ours, participating with insurance was no longer feasible.
By going out-of-network, we will have greater flexibility to provide services that will benefit your child’s progress. These include home observations, school observations, caregiver coaching, IEP consultations, and more!
